Comprehensive Plan

The City of Lucas has taken proactively action to take control of their future growth by preparing a Comprehensive Plan. This document is intended to provide guidance to municipal leaders as well as inform interested parties seeking to know more about the city's future. The Comprehensive Plan information was prepared in 2004 and adopted by the City Council via Ordinance # 2004-12-00513 on December 16, 2004.
