Annual Comprehensive Financial Report

The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report contains, at a minimum, three sections: 1) introductory, 2) financial, and 3) statistical, and whose financial section provides information on each individual fund and component unit.

The City of Lucas has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association thirteen years in a row (2010-2023). This award is given to local governments that go beyond the minimum requirements of generally accepted accounting principles to prepare comprehensive reports that evidence the spirit of transparency and full disclosure.
