On Thursday, May 25 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, the Texas Department of Transportation will host a public meeting regarding the widening of FM 1378 from west of FM 3286 to West Lucas Road. The virtual meeting can be found by following this link, and the in-person meeting will be held at Willow Springs Middle School located at 1101 West Lucas Road in Lucas in the cafeteria. The public is encouraged to attend as decisions made will affect Lucas residents.
