Movie in the Park: Encanto

This year’s Movie in the Park will feature Encanto! This animated fantasy/comedy film has won 41 awards globally and follows a family, the Madrigals, who receive magical gifts that they use to help people in their rural community. Encanto is about family, humility, determination, and the importance of community.

The event will be held at the Lucas Community Park (665 Country Club Road) on Friday, October 14, 2022. The movie will begin at 7:30 pm following sunset. During this event, the City will be giving away free hot dogs to all attendees. Families are also welcome to bring their own food, lawn chairs, blankets, and pillows to the event.
