Those wishing to address the City Council are asked to complete a Request to Speak Form. All requests to speak should be submitted by 3:30 pm. Those submitted after 3:30 pm will not be included in the meeting.
The Mayor will ask those wishing to address the City Council to do so at the appropriate time. The Mayor will call upon you to approach the podium, state your name and address for the record, and then discuss the topic of interest.
Although the City Council cannot take specific action on citizen comments related to items not on the Agenda due to legal requirements, the City Council may: have the item placed on a future agenda for action, refer the item to the full City Council or a subcommittee for further action, and/or refer the item to staff for study or conclusion.
