In response to the wildfires in the Texas Panhandle, City of Lucas Fire-Rescue created a list of receiving sites for items to be shipped from Lucas citizens who are interested in recovery efforts. Many communities are reported to be overwhelmed with food, bottled water, and toiletries and have requested that these items be shipped directly to these receiving sites rather than communities impacted:
