Vendor Registration

City of Lucas maintains a Vendor List for products and services bought for the City. If you wish to be added to our vendor list, please complete and submit the vendor registration form below.

There is no guarantee or promise made by the City of Lucas that any vendor added to the list will be selected for contracts, products or work. Being added to this list does not represent a contract, either express or implied, between the City and any vendor. In no way does being placed on the list provide any vendor with any preferential consideration for contracts, products or work. The City reserves all rights to select vendors and consultants without regard to being placed on this list.

Many contract types are required by law to be competitively bid out, and there are regulations in place for selecting vendors. Additionally, all contracts must be approved by the City Council, or the City Manager.
