Utility Online Bill Payments
Our new easy-to-use enhanced online water bill payment system is now available. Payments can be made online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Access billing history, balances, deposits on the account, and payment history. Some of the features include viewing graphs with detailed history consumption for the last two years, and the ability to submit a service request. Online payments are processed the next business day.
REMINDER: THERE IS A 3% PROCESSING FEE ADDED TO ALL PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Please be aware the new system requires a one-time registration of your account (including account number and last payment amount), this will need to be done for a one-time payment or to set up your account. Once registered for the new billing system, future logins will only require your email and password. Members can unlock their own account by completing a password reset. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you do not receive the verification email during the registration process. The new system does not affect current auto-draft accounts.
