📝 How to Submit Your Form
After completing the form, please submit it along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license to the Utility Billing Department using one of the following methods:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays)
⚠️ Required Documents:
– Completed Transfer/Cancel Request Form
– Copy of the account holder’s driver’s license
🔁 Transfer Services
- Submit your request at least 3 business days before your move.
- Provide both your current and new addresses on the form.
- A final meter reading will be taken at your current address.
❌ Cancel Services
- Submit your request at least 3 business days before your desired end date.
- A final bill will be generated based on your meter reading.
- Any applicable deposit will be refunded, minus any outstanding balance.
⏱️ Processing Time
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email or call once your request has been reviewed.
💵 Final Billing & Fees
- Final charges are prorated based on usage.
- Deposits will be applied to your final bill, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
- There is no fee for transferring or cancelling services.
